Global Payment Gateway
The Global Payment Gateway serves as the entry point and liquidity backbone of the UniPay network. The system integrates both local clearing networks and the SWIFT system, allowing for global capital movement.
Compared to traditional cross-border payments, UniPay optimizes the settlement path by using stablecoins as the intermediate settlement layer, reducing reliance on intermediaries.
This enables near-instant settlement while significantly lowering transaction costs. In addition, a unified FX engine, powered by aggregated liquidity and algorithmic pricing, minimizes slippage and hidden costs, offering more competitive exchange rates.
At its core, the payment gateway is not just a transaction channel, but the liquidity infrastructure that underpins the entire UniPay system, determining the efficiency, cost, and compliance of capital entry.

Structured Asset Management Layer
In traditional finance, payments and asset management are typically separated — funds are either used for transactions or allocated for yield. UniPay bridges this gap by enabling capital to remain fully liquid while continuously generating returns.
The Structured Asset Management Layer integrates capital flows and yield generation through a rule-based system. Rather than relying on a single strategy, returns are derived from multiple real-world sources, including payment fee sharing, liquidity optimization, and network-driven scale effects.
As network activity and transaction volume increase, the overall yield capacity expands accordingly, creating a network effect-driven growth model.
Unlike traditional financial products or DeFi protocols, UniPay does not require asset lock-up. Users retain 100% liquidity at all times, allowing funds to be freely used for payments or withdrawals. This eliminates the trade-off between liquidity and yield, enabling both functions within a single system.
At a higher level, this layer transforms idle capital within the payment network into a sustainable source of yield, creating an internal economic loop for the entire system.
UniCard Global Payment Network
The UniCard network represents the final layer connecting digital assets to real-world consumption. It enables stablecoins to function as a globally accepted payment instrument, completing the transition from asset to spending capability.
UniPay offers both physical and virtual cards, supporting global online and offline payment scenarios, including POS transactions, e-commerce, and digital services. Through compatibility with major payment ecosystems such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay, users can seamlessly transact across regions.
The system supports multi-account binding, allowing users to manage both fiat and stablecoin balances within a unified interface. During transactions, UniPay automatically handles real-time authorization, conversion, and settlement, removing the need for manual asset switching.
In addition, UniPay continues to expand into local lifestyle services — including dining, transportation, hospitality, and retail — further increasing the real-world usability and frequency of stablecoin transactions.

Synergy Between the Three Pillars
UniPay’s architecture is not composed of isolated modules, but of deeply integrated layers operating on a unified account and clearing system.
The Global Payment Gateway enables capital inflow and outflow
The Asset Management Layer enables capital retention and growth
The U Card Network enables real-world spending and usage
Together, they form a closed-loop system:
Capital enters → accumulates and generates yield → is spent → and re-enters the network
This closed loop allows UniPay to function not only as a payment solution, but as a capital management and value capture system, creating a key differentiation from traditional payment platforms.
The above structure and mechanisms may be adjusted in response to evolving regulatory requirements and market conditions.
